1. ON-SITE SHIPYARD CREWS
Task-ready teams with lead hand, tools and PPE. We provide certified welders, pipefitters, hull fitters and other skilled personnel. Teams work under your permits, procedures and HSE standards. Crew sizes range from 4-30+ people with fast deployment to European shipyards. Services include:
- Hull works on board
- Pipe works on board (including Hi-Fog, Blücher and other piping systems)
- Ventilation installation on board
- Installation of heavy ducts, stairs and equipment on board
- Interior outfitting on board
- Plate/Pipe welding (136; 141; 131; 111 and others on request)

2. FABRICATION OF COMPONENTS
From concept or your drawings: engineering, shop documentation and finished parts ready to fit. We fabricate steel and aluminium structures with marking and packaging for staged installation. Rapid delivery across Europe including UK and Norway. Services include:
- Pontoon and work barges — turnkey
- Near-shore service vessels — turnkey
- Aluminium boats — turnkey
- Equipment support frames (including HVAC)
- Heavy ventilation / gas ducts (including stainless)
